Day 1: Arrive Seattle Airport
Upon your arrival in Seattle, you can check in the host hotel (included in the package) and spend the rest of the day on your own.

Day 2: Seattle to Portland
9:30 am- Your Seattle City tour starts!
We will visit the infamous Pike Place Market for some free time to shop, eat, explore and catch a glimpse of the fish mongers throwing giant fish across the room! You also have chance to visit the Pike Place Starbucks which is the first Starbucks store, established in 1971 at Pike Place Market in downtown Seattle. The store has kept its early appearance over time and is subject to design guidelines due to its historic significance.
Our tour will also visit Seattle Center and enjoy the views from 500 feet up on the observation deck of the Space Needle.
Arriving in Portland your Portland City Tour will begin including the famous International Rose Test Garden, downtown Cultural District, & neighborhoods before settling in at your hotel.
You will have the evening free seek out the unlimited dining options to enjoy on your own.

Day 3: Portland to Bend
10:00 am- Depart for a Willamette Valley Wine Tasting Tour!
Oregon is home to some of the most beautiful vineyards in the world and is known for its distinctive Pinot Noir. The Willamette Valley is the heart for these vineyards located on gentle rolling hills that give way to expansive views of the vines and valley below. Join us on our Oregon Wine Tour and experience wine tasting at some of the area’s best wineries and most unique tasting rooms.
The wine region in the North Willamette Valley, which was once known for fruit orchards and nurseries has transformed into one of the country’s premier cool-climate varietal producers. The unique relationship between volcanic Jory soils, elevation and protective micro climates has consistently proven ideal for vineyards and has produced Oregon’s top Pinot Noir for decades. Enjoy the taste of a select group of Oregon most renowned local vineyards.

After our winery visit we will drive to Bend, Oregon where we will check in to our hotel and start a brewery tour! With one brewery for every 4,500 people Bend has bragging rights for the most breweries per capita in the state of Oregon. Whether you’re hankering for a malty porter, or jonesing for a hoppy IPA, you’ll find plenty to savor on this craft beer tour!

Day 4: Bend to Crater Lake and Medford
8:45 am- We will depart from the hotel and drive to the High Desert Museum. This unique museum reveals the natural world and cultural history of the West’s High Desert region through artful exhibits, alluring animals, engaging programs and meaningful history. The Museum feels like stepping into a different time and place. Get close-up views of native wildlife such as river otters, bobcat, and birds of prey. See art through a different lens. Chat with historic characters who’ll share tales of early Oregon explorers and settlers. Visit an authentic homestead and sawmill from 1904 and learn about Native American culture and history.
After lunch at the High Desert Museum we will drive to Crater Lake National Park. Upon arrival at Crater Lake we will spend a few hours visiting the incredible vistas, visitor centers, and overlooks. Crater Lake has inspired people for thousands of years with some of the 1st Native Americans who discovered its beauty and mystique. No place else on earth combines a deep, pure lake, so blue in color; steep surrounding cliffs almost two thousand feet high; two unique picturesque islands; and a violent volcanic past. It is a place of immeasurable beauty and the Nations deepest lake over 1,900 feet deep.
Next, we will drive along scenic Hwy 62 as we make our way to Medford where we will check into out hotel and you will have the evening free.

Day 5- Explore Southern Oregon
9:00 am: Complimentary hot breakfast at the hotel.
- Pop into Limestone Coffee Co, roasting artisan coffee in a National Historic Register building. Marvel at the 150-year-old wooden bar and exposed brick while sipping expertly made java.
10:30am: Embark on iconic tour of Harry & David, with stops in the bakery, candy kitchen, packing house, and Country Store. Free chocolate at the end of every tour!
12:30 pm: Lunch
2:00 pm: Savor the variety of Southern Oregon’s winemaking prowess, with stops at:
- Dancin Vineyards (tour, presentation & tasting)
- Quady North (tasting room)
- South Stage Cellars (tasting room)
3:45 pm: Discover the 1850s gold rush town of Jacksonville. Take trolley tour and shop historic downtown.
5:30 pm: Farewell dinner at Porters Restaurant and bar. Have dinner in a historic railroad depot that has gone through an extensive renovation to become a restaurant and bar. This National Historic Landmark is a true gem of Southern Oregon architecture.
7:00 pm: Depart for Ashland and attend a play at the Tony Award winning Oregon Shakespeare Festival.

Day 6- Depart Medford
Check out of the hotel by 11:00 am and take the complementary shuttle to the Rogue Valley International Medford Airport and fly to San Francisco.

- Other Entities: America’s Hub World Tours (AHWT) will not be held responsible for cancelations, changes to services/fees/price, conduct, of quality of goods and services for entities that operate under any name other than AHWT including, but not limited to: vendors, tour operators, vineyards and wineries, event staff, hotels, transportation companies, restaurants and entertainers.
- Weather – Unless otherwise noted and specified all services are planned to operate regardless of weather. In the event of an “Act of God” and weather presents a safety issue AHWT will offer other tours to consider. There will be no reimbursements, full or partial, for inclement weather experienced during any service provided. It is the responsibility of the guests to be prepared for predicted weather and dress accordingly.
III. Conduct –AHWT assumes no responsibility for conduct of individuals other than its guides/employees/officers.
Indemnify: Except as otherwise prohibited by law each party shall indemnify and hold the other party harmless from all claims, actions, suits, losses, and expenses of any nature for its employees or subcontractors, breach of their agreement, negligence or intentional misconduct.
Insurance: America’s Hub World Tours (AHWT), will ensure all tour operators, and bus companies provide insurance coverage for all vehicles utilized while providing services.
Cancellation, Refunds and Changes: The guest may cancel the services at any time, but will be required to pay the applicable cancellation charges up to the maximum shown below:
- 61-90 days prior to event 75% refund of final total tour/package cost
- 31-60 days prior to event 50% refund of final total tour/ package cost
- 30 days or less prior to departure 10% refund of final total tour/package cost
Cancelled reservations may be re-booked subject to availability.
No smoking in Vehicles; No alcohol drinking in vehicles! Not responsible for articles left in vehicles! There will be a $200 minimum damage/cleaning charge resulting from customer misuse. All passengers are responsible and liable for their own actions while in this vehicle; neither the driver nor the company is responsible or liable for any injury or damage caused by or as a result of any customer actions. We are not in control of the traffic and therefore take no responsibility for time issues due to traffic.
The state of Oregon requires all parents with children requiring car seats to use them. Child passengers must be restrained in approved child safety seats until they weigh forty pounds or reach the upper weight limit for the car seat in use. Infants must ride rear-facing until they reach both one year of age AND twenty pounds. We do not supply car seats; if you did not bring one the hotel can recommend rental locations. Some will deliver to hotels.
